Ayurveda Sanctuary is created with special emphasis on promoting eco-friendly, energy-efficient and sustainable technologies.  We are not only using Environmental friendly building products to build a greener world, but also pioneers in introducing the latest state of the art building materials and an import substitution.

The buildings and cottages in Ayurveda Sanctuary are built with a strong, durable and cost-effective material called Concood.  Concood does not contain wood but is a better substitute for it.  The advantages of fabricated steel structure, flexibility of ferro cement, stability of RCC along with the advantages of precast system are brought under one roof to form a new type of concrete called Concood.  It has been used for walls, partitions, roofing sheets and ceiling slabs, doors and windows, cupboards and wardrobes, steps and staircases, water tanks and flower pots, garden sofas, toilets and railings.  All of which looks visually appealing while saving the trees and cost saving worth 40 per cent!
